Refund Policy

Overview

At Mark & Brand Studio LLC, all services are custom-created specifically for each client. Due to the time, strategy, research and creative work involved, refunds are limited as outlined below.

By purchasing any service, the client agrees to this Refund Policy.

Payments

Projects may be paid:

  • In full before work begins, or

  • 50% upfront and 50% before final delivery

Work will not begin until the initial payment has been received.

​

Final files, website transfers, print-ready files, editable assets, or project handoff materials will not be delivered until the remaining balance has been paid in full.

Deposits Are Non-Refundable

All deposits and upfront payments are non-refundable.

The initial payment reserves production time, project planning, creative development and resources allocated specifically to the client's project.

Cancellation by Client

If a client decides to cancel a project after work has begun, no refund will be issued for any payments already made.

Any completed work created before cancellation remains the property of Mark & Brand Studio unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Projects Paid in Full

If a project has been paid in full and work has not yet started, a refund may be considered at our sole discretion, minus any payment processing fees or administrative costs.

Once work has started, no refunds will be issued.

Revisions

All projects include up to three (3) complimentary revision rounds, unless otherwise specified in the service description.

A revision refers to reasonable adjustments or refinements to the existing design, such as text edits, color adjustments, layout refinements, minor graphic modifications, or similar changes. Revisions do not include complete redesigns, new creative directions, additional concepts, or substantial changes that differ significantly from the originally approved concept.

Any revision requests beyond the included three (3) rounds will be billed at $15 USD per revision round.

Refunds will not be issued based on personal preference, change of mind, requests for a new creative direction, or subjective dissatisfaction after revision opportunities have been provided.

Delays Caused by the Client

Clients are responsible for providing content, feedback, approvals and required materials in a timely manner.

If a project remains inactive for more than 30 days due to lack of communication from the client, Mark & Brand Studio reserves the right to place the project on hold.

​

Projects inactive for more than 90 days may be considered abandoned and closed without refund.

Digital Services

Due to the nature of digital and creative services, including but not limited to:

  • Logo Design

  • Brand Identity

  • Social Media Design

  • Website Design

  • Graphic Design

  • Editorial Design

  • Marketing Materials

all sales are final once work has commenced.

Print Products

For printed products, refunds or replacements may be considered only in cases of verified production defects or printing errors directly caused by Mark & Brand Studio or its printing partners.

Minor color variations, monitor differences, customer-provided errors, spelling mistakes approved by the client, or shipping delays are not eligible for refunds.

Chargebacks

Clients agree to contact Mark & Brand Studio before initiating a chargeback or payment dispute.

​

Filing a chargeback for completed or partially completed work may result in suspension of services and legal collection efforts when applicable.
